To reserve an apartment, if one is available, you must send a $150 deposit. This deposit is non-refundable if you
later choose not to
rent, or do not arrive when expected. When you arrive you must pay first
and last months apartment rent. The $150 deposit will be held as a cleaning and
damage deposit which will be refunded on your departure, less any costs
for apartment cleaning, replacement of items or repairs. I cannot
guarantee an apartment reservation for more than one month in advance of arrival.
